The Inspection Division is responsible for overseeing the twice-yearly inspections of businesses and occupancies in the Middleton Fire District. Our staff currently oversee the inspection of over 2500 occupancies in our District.

A second component of the Inspection Bureau is construction plan reviews.  Our Fire Marshall works in conjunction with the municipalities of our District to make sure new construction meets required fire safety codes.  A well thought out plan goes a long way toward heading off problems down the road.
