The Middleton Fire Department focuses on Prevention, Inspection, and Education (P.I.E) to achieve its goal
to remain proactive vs. reactive. With all the pieces of the P.I.E. in place,
our Fire District becomes a safer place to live, work, visit, and recreate. In
the event of an emergency, we are called upon to mitigate the
situation in the most efficient and professional manner possible.
- Pre-Plans

Pre-Planning allows us to have critical information about a
structure or business before an emergency occurs.
- Inspection

Inspections are mandated by the State of Wisconsin and help insure
that fire safety is addressed from a physical, engineering standpoint.
- Education

Public Education addresses the mental aspect of fire safety.
We want to get the fire safety message engrained into our citizen's mindset
so it becomes a natural way of life. Station tours, school visits,
fire extinguisher training, and public outreach are just a part of our
Education program.
